General

Some products may have European references that differ from Belgian references, even though their technical characteristics (specifications) are identical. We manage equivalences internally, so you don’t have to worry about them. Depending on suppliers, market conditions, lead times, opportunities, and projects, we may have the same product under multiple references in our stock. This policy allows us to stay competitive and offer you the best prices. Whether you mention a Belgian or foreign equivalence in your order does not matter, as we will handle the 'translation' internally.

Products (Schneider)

Our products may have European references that sometimes differ from Belgian references, even though the products are strictly equivalent. We manage equivalences internally, so you don’t have to worry about them. Depending on suppliers, the market, lead times, opportunities, and projects, we may have the same product under multiple references. Most often, these equivalences concern the Acti9 range (A9F, A9V, and A9Q). You can check the specification equivalence on the circuit breaker yourself.

We verify the specifications of the equivalences for you. However, there is a specific case: the "A9F0..." references. Some of our customers accept them, while others do not appreciate them due to the terminal spacing, which may not be compatible with certain busbars. By default, we exclude A9F0 equivalences from your orders, but if you wish to include them, please let us know.

There are two major differences: price and mounting method. A9Q (for 'Quick') clips in place, while A9V is screw-mounted. In terms of price, A9Q is generally much more expensive than A9V. That’s why we always deliver A9V instead of A9Q. This is an advantage because, in some countries, A9V is no longer available from the manufacturer and official distributors. Customers are then forced to buy A9Q at a much higher price than A9V... for identical specifications. If, for any reason, you specifically require an A9Q reference, please let us know.

Products (Legrand)

We only sell Legrand products for specific projects. In general, these products are not kept in stock.

Delivery

For in-stock products, availability is almost immediate for on-site pickup. If you order before 2:00 PM, you can receive your order within 24 to 48 hours (usually within 24 hours). We can also often find solutions for urgent requests. If the product is not in stock, it depends on the supplier and our ongoing purchases. We provide an estimated delivery time in all our quotes and orders. If your order is not urgent but you need the products before a specific date, please let us know, and we will take it into account.

As a wholesaler, free shipping applies from €500. Below €250, except in special cases, administrative fees are charged.

This means that we cannot estimate the delivery time, and it will only be communicated to us once we have placed the order with our supplier, with no possibility of cancellation. Additionally, in rare cases, this delivery time may change. As this situation can be inconvenient for both our customers and ourselves, you can always request a quote "with an estimated delivery time." This may sometimes result in an additional cost compared to our usual rates, but not always, or not necessarily in a significant way.

Returns

Products are covered under the same terms as the manufacturer’s warranty. For example, Schneider products have a two-year warranty (from the invoice date). The refund will be processed after inspection. This inspection may be carried out by our services, our supplier’s services, or the manufacturer, depending on the complexity of the diagnosis.

If you wish to return a functional product, we may accept it back if it is an item we keep in stock. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. If not, you can always use our online clearance service. This service allows you to resell any product, whether purchased from us or not. You set the price yourself, which will be increased by our 10% margin. You keep the product in stock, and if one of our customers wants to buy it, you will be notified.

Pricing

We operate with net prices and no longer offer discounts by product category. Depending on the lead time, product, volume, and market conditions, we may grant additional discounts, especially for complete projects. We also apply favorable conditions for framework contracts or if you provide us with an estimate of your consumption for the next quarter, half-year, or year.

Account

Yes. This service is available for all our customers.

Our online services are only available to our customers. There is no registration or access request mechanism. If you would like access to our services, please contact us so we can meet and assess your needs.

For security reasons, we have deliberately not implemented a password recovery or modification system. We manually create your online account and assign you a strong password that cannot be changed. To regain access to your account, please contact us so we can manually reset it.

Your email address is also part of the unique encryption key we generate when creating your account. It is not stored in plain text on our site, and no online service has permission to modify it. Once again, you will need to contact us to notify us of your address change. We will then proceed with a manual reset of your account.
